I see us getting a 1-0 win.

With 108 minutes on the clock (due to Freddy Woodman's goalkicking time outs) 11% possession, 6 players on there backs gasping for air, a long ball from Freddy Woodman will be magically diverted from the touch line of our own half from a paper aeroplane and hit the back of the net with scenes reminding everyone of beachballgate. The Steve's keep their jobs for another 6 months as a result.

Did anyone see that Tarkowski challenge last night? Great refereeing but they are now saying off the back of Carragher and Neville criticism (which in itself is hilarious given some of their tackles), that it should have been a red. I honestly can't see what the problem is. He played the ball first, didn't go in high, wasn't studs up. Yes he deliberately followed through to upend him but I can't see why thats a problem. In context Ricarlison had bodychecked Mee not much earlier. It was clear Tarkowski was saying two can play at that game you ****. Ref saw it for exactly what it was and was happy to let the competitive football flow.

We are turning into a right set of fannies now. Ricarlison was fine after he got no reward for his fake rolls. Obviously you don't want ankles being snapped or knee high challenges but a bit of physical contact is surely ok?

Games are lost in midfield. It’s been said here repeatedly. Go 4231 and give it time to bed in. Or even try copying L'pool's 4-3-3.

This just fits the squad.

<laugh> I have to laugh. Not having a go at you but 12 months ago Bruce was slaughtered for trying to play a 4 with virtually the very same squad. Everyone was saying Stevie Wonder can see our squad make up is for a back 3. We've only sold Lejeune and he wasn't here anyway. When he switched to a 3, he got zero credit and had copied Rafa's tactics. Now I keep reading the very same squad needs to play in a 4. We are as all over the shop as our back 4.

Has he ever played a back 3/5 with everyone in their correct position?
