Held the ball well, took on his man. Just the final shot was letting him down (which in case you want to be pedantic obviously includes the touch before he shoots)
Really good performance I thought. Shocking finishing, mainly Mané. Nice to see Chamberlain come on and be as useful as expected. Real gutted for Elliott, breath of fresh air ahead of Keita and Chamberlain

As was said in the commentary the tackle was not reckless but the outcome was serious. Redknapp also agreed. The defender didn’t set out to injure the player nor was he reckless or endanger his opponent. The card will definitely be rescinded. The referee wouldn’t even given a foul if the injury hadn’t occurred.
