Finding we drew 3 - 3 with some fake hoops was disappointing but when l considered that we came from behind, l’m happy that we got a point away from home and are only two points off the top

l guess the only real discomfort is that Joke City are above us.

Well done to the team for not giving in.

A lot of R fans got into the home stand on left....and about 10 minutes in they made themselves known ...and then sat in the the section next to us displacing the home fans. About 30 minutes in, security gave up...opened the gates and escorted a couple of hundred fans into our section.

However Col the "away end" is now in half and divided by a row of steps and stewards. To the right of us was an aggressive singing nasty section full of the nasty fans.
I do not think you could buy tickets for that section.

The opposite end of the ground behind their goal was polite sparse and home ...a bit like our loft ..but less loud.

Reading deliberately put the most aggressive home fans next to the away fans.

It is not pleasant....as not all travelling fans ( eg me!) do not want to engage

Gray looked sharp but overweight ( I should talk!!!). He will be devastating by December I would suggest.

Yes Austin will score goals, but I would look more to Dykes and Gray now. Austin is shot.

Uncle Albert is one hell of an impact sub

Hard to imagine Reading fans being 'nasty'.
Sorry that happened to you.

Still disagree that Austin is finished, but we'll see.

Austin isnt shot by a long chalk. He is a finisher within the 18 yard box, his movement is natural in there and sonething that Dykes hasnt quite got yet. Crosses are Austins game. He will never be a striker to out run a defender on a through ball but he would be the striker i want on the end of a cross.

Yes, and until Albert came on I can't remember us getting a decent cross in. Neither WB, Moses comes inside a lot, think he needs to be going wide and crossing more. McCallum will improve I'm sure. But I can't remember either Chair or Willock putting a cross in either, which they should be. Reading didnt look like a team that had such a poor defensive record until Albert and Gray came on, stretched them, crossed and scored twice.

No one expects Austin to win a 30-yard sprint, but he just looks all-round slow. I'm not sure we can afford to carry what we used to call a 'goal-hanger' when we played over the park.

Surprising how much Austin is missing what Wallace brings to the party. Moses needs to take some lessons in getting past his man, and flinging in a cross from the by-line - then Austin will be getting the service he needs. Same for the other wing-back

Don’t see what the problem is. We are the top scoring team in the division, if Charlie isn’t contributing he’ll drop down the pecking order, we shouldn’t change the way we play to suit him, no future in that.

Not sure if this has been posted already. Very nice finishes from their hat trick boy.

Yesterday our wingbacks were not very offensive and did not put in many (any?) good crosses to Austin. As a result we did not look dangerous.

However, when we changed formation and introduced Albert and Gray, then the dynamics of our attack radically changed for the better.
