Another game at last and another chance to second guess Audis' line up, which is not the easiest job going.

However, Lukaku and Kante look doubtful, Mount looks a bit below his best to me, Chilwell must be getting bored and Reece James has a weeks holiday, so ............

Trump and his son analysing a boxing "match" is amazing. Neither have had a fight in their lives, I'll never forget Trump scuttling off the stage at one of his red neck rallies, pushing old people and women out of the way when someone in the crowd shouted "GUN". it would have taken 2 buckets to collect the mess he left after coughing in his rompers all the way out the back door.

Lukaku was in good form along with Mendy, Havertz and how about Kovacic !! What a goal, and what a game he had.
 
Might be Kovacic best game for us but Saul won’t have a worse one, wow. Should’ve come off 20 minutes earlier.

Lukaku exactly what we’ve been missing, two chances two goals. Thought Thiago & Mandy were excellent at the back too.

Audi put his hand up for Saul, said he is obviously not up to the pace and physicality of the game yet. Look for big improvement in the next few games.

Saul can only get better because if he gets worse he’ll be out the door. Overall, I was very impressed with the win against Villa - Villa seemed surprisingly good to me.

I agree, I thought Villa looked really sharp and dangerous, but we just calmly shut them out and played our game. Such a difference with a striker as the focal point for our attackers.
