Just to clarify, when the server was upgraded it threw all the avatars out, so you may be seeing two different pictures, one for posting, and one different in the top right of your screen. If you reload whatever avatar you want it will fix the problem. In some cases you might not realise there is a problem, but you still need to reload that avatar, because everyone else can see the problem.
