There's really no need for the negativity surrounding the latter imo because in truth that means there's hope... Hope is all we've got in that front and we know it's closer and more realistic than finding another buyer out of thin air.
Even if another buyer miraculously pops up people need to consider that the buying process from interest to ownership is around 12 months long anyway, so what we've got already is better than that.
It's been torture, but what I've just said is the truth, so there's reason to be postitive because we actually have a buyer that's 6 to 12 months away from ownership regardless of how long its taken so far.
The club staying up is the real concern right now imo.
