There seems like there could be a flurry of late activity in the transfer window

Ronaldo has left Juve and Mbappe might leave PSG. This could lead to each purchasing Moise Kean and Richarlison respectively (although the link I have seen only suggested a loan with obligation for Kean)

That will surely drive Everton into a panic to replace richarlison.

They are prone to overpaying which might give some other clubs money to throw around. Although the latest links for them are Maupay and Dwight McNeil. I wouldn’t be too happy to be their fans if they lose Richarlison, Kean , James and replace them with those two, grey and Townsend . No matter how rubbish inconsistent some of them might have been

It seems like several clubs are stuck with a sell to buy situation and not just us

I’d be happy with 9

I was a bit taken aback when I saw that Arsenal defence today . We complain about ours but would we take any of them in our defence ? Tierney yes . But the central defenders? And they only have one properly out as far as I remember

The fans phoning in to 606 last week were obviously unhappy with Arteta, but much, much more blame went to Stan Kroenke.

Somehow I’d forgotten about White because he joined and then got covid straight away so only played the first game

In that context it makes some sense. I shudder to think how we would do against city with 2 first choice defenders out. Crazy that they have 6 who can play there but I suppose you need to if you use a back 3. And two of them are back up fullbacks as well
