    Ex-Black Cats striker Djibril Cisse has issued a come and get me plea to his former club.

    Indeed, last month Cisse also stated on social media that if Sunderland wanted him then ‘he’ll be there’.

    imagine him in league one man I know he’s 40 but I bet he could terrorise defences in the division

    Pay per game might be an option, worth a look at imo, loved him when he was here, not enough Cisse's in football. One too many Griggs. <laugh>

    If it came down to bringing on Grigg, or Cisse for the last 15 mins of game, I know who I’d chose every time.

    I wouldn't have him instead of a Jebbison but if it was an optional extra on a pay as you play deal then hell yeah I'd have him back. Can't say I've seen him in recent years but I'd be willing to bet he's still in great shape.

    I think he's playing as an amateur in some really low league in the USA. He's finished and in no way should we be looking at him as a serious option. I'd rather play Grigg, honestly.

    I mean if he's ****e now he's ****e, I wouldn't know. Had a look at his wiki and he was scoring for fun a few years ago but appears to have barely played since for some reason.
