Youngest daughter went last weekend to a family christening. Not been for a while but plan to go around early November to spread some of me dads ashes and visit family. Doubt it'll be sunny then lol and I bet I've booked a weekend we're playing away
We will probably stay for a month. What could be better Shields in November !? At least I should get to some games. Got a few concerts booked too! If they’re still on!
Took the kids up for a couple of weeks in mid summer years ago when they were young. It was pea soup foggy every fookin day on the beach The one day we went that was sunny they weren't lettin any fooker in the sea fer jellyfish
There's a member on rtg lives in prestatyn, Rhyl has been tidied up and has a large marine lake with miniature steam train. Abergele has the fake castle used on the recent "I'm a celebrity". Took the grandson today, bit shìt tbh but he enjoyed it. Dingo dollars lol Conway is a nice town mate, great castle and views. Amazing beach if you drive out the top of town and turn for the marina but then take a left that looks like a road for private spa/static site. It's across from the great orme Llandudno, great views from both sides. Llandudno also nice for a day out. There's a decent pier, tobagon run up from the pier and the great orme. A drive from grand hotel/pier that winds up twisty roads to a cafe at the top with play area etc. Excellent views, copper mine. Can't download views as it says they're too large .

Whereabouts in Rhodes are you going? I love that place and usually go 3 times a year. I've time off in October but think will duff it this year purely for having to get tests to come back. Was over last September for 3 weeks and was one of best holidays I've had and no hassle. A year later with a vaccine and obstacles are put up.
Going to Portugal in a couple of weeks. Bought our three tests for a total of £102 from Chronomics. (Via jet2 link)
Aye I love it. Was never one for going to same place but don't go anywhere else now unless for city breaks. Got a few good Greek mates now and been learning language as hoping to live or spend a lot of time there when I retire. We stay along the road at Pefkos.
