I imagine a lot of teams would like scraps like that.
If you compare us with the other top 4 then you'll be forever disappointed. We don't have their spending power - that's how it is so it's pointless keeping on about it.
But we're hardly paupers.

Dont get me wrong i dont expect a big signing every year or a few in and out each summer but last year it was obvious to everyone and his mum we needed defensive back up, we bought davies which was a joke and loaned kabak, the bare minimum and all too late as we were fighting for top 4 at best by then.

Same thing this season with our midfield imo, how we gonna look when hendo ox and naby are out at the same time? Add thiago and mikky to that and Its not like the rest are unbreakable either so again, the club new gini was off and instead of replacing him were being sold the nabys like a new signing and elliot will hit the ground running so hes like a new signing stuff again... heard it the last 3/4 windows.

I think since we won the cl we've bought thiago and konate of note, cant think of any more 1st team ready guys weve bought tbh but my memory is ****e so ive probably missed one or two.

Were standing still and have been for too long imo

Yeh and the chavs city and utd do that on one player regularly, face it our owners are tight as **** and as soon as klopps gone well find out how far behind theyve allowed us to fall.
