To leave the comfort of Spurs and come here must also show a strong will. Far too many young uns now are happy to sit on decent wages and never play many games. Shows he values a career over wages. I think he could be one who grows with us back up the leagues.

 

For me the only way Winchester gets in our first choice first 11 is at RB - hopefully he's thinking the same or LJ has mentioned it to him and he will go all out to make this position his own. He seems like the sort of pro who would.

It'll make it all the more special to see a bunch of good lads lifting the trophy at the end of the season

Yeah he seems the type to leave his ego at the door and do what's required for the good of the team. I reckon we've got quite a few like that now.

Does anybody know if hes played for Spurs U23s at all this pre-season?

 

I read that tweet as 'I Dennis Cirkin will be joining......' I thought we'd made the kid take some sort of vow.

 

I think he got an hour or so the other day which made a few people think it had hit a snag. Not sure about anything earlier than that though.
