Without the injuries we'd almost certainly have finished Top 4 the last 2 seasons. The advantage the bigger clubs had over us was quality squad depth - that's how they can have European campaigns and still compete for Top 4 so regularly. We keep improving ours season by season and now have that quality cover for more or less every position.

We still have Jonny Evans, Timothy Castagne, James Justin and Wesley Fofana out ... but 3 of those are close to coming back ... so it's little wonder that we are looking forward to this campaign.

Obviously you can't remember, so I'm going to take a visit to the vault and drag out the required evidence to show you once again that you owe me an apology.

Remember both seasons very well. Horrendous injuries in the second half both times robbed us of where we probably deserved to finish - yet still qualified for Europe in both and won the FA Cup for the first time in our history ... what's your definition of a 'successful season' Roy? <laugh>

The context of the debate was always about Leicester finishing top 4 nothing else.

I told you quite clearly 8 months ago that the europa league was like quicksand and you laughed it off.

Months later (yesterday) I see you post sighting the europa league as something that cost you.

I was right mate and you'd forgotten our little tussle, but I didn't and I'm going to show you now.

@FosseFilberto

Enjoy

You're making up lies, but don't worry I have plenty of time to dig out the vault.

This dates back to last season when I said you'd not finish top 4 and you were around 12 points clear! You took exception to it and and laughed at my suggestion man united would catch you among others.

The history books showed that I was correct! You could've just said fair enough Munse, but instead you learned nothing and I've been telling you once again all season I think you'll finish 5th.. I also tried to explain the Europa league will see you burn out and it seems to me I was right because you've been struggling after a strong start.

The next thing was more recent when you said you were confident you'd hammer newcastle, so I offered a bet and it was a bet you lost miserably.

You've taken to getting a tad personal an angry the past few days, but what I've just written is all accurate.

Try to lose a bit better mate it's just a bit of fun.

Public consultation on King Power expansion today. Extra 8,000 seats to take the capacity to just over 40,000 ... which will be snapped up - virtually impossible for home fans to get a matchday ticket currently ...

Cautious ambition, which I'm all in favour of, but another step on the roadmap for sustainable competitiveness for Europe, nevertheless <cheers>

You'll finish 6th or 7th

Could be ... but we have the quality and now depth (barring similar horrendous injuries) to aim for higher ... and for the longer term, not just this season ... COYB! <cheers>

Every club gets injuries I've also told you that before. You seem to think it's only Leicester.

You've got some good players it's a very well run club, but all in telling you is that the wheels are going to come off and when they do the big clubs will feast on the club..

Which other club has 3 of last season's starting defence still out injured? ... but you are missing the point ... we are a smaller club so any injuries to our first choice players hits us harder than those with very expensive benches and squads ... but we are slowly and steadily rectifying that

Last season we had 3 forwards ... we lost 2 of them, Vardy and Barnes, hernia and knee when both were at the top of their game ... Maddison played with a recurring hip injury before having to drop out and rest it ... we lost James Justin , Jonny Evans and Timmothy Castagne at crucial times and Ricardo Pereira was gingerly trying to come back from his ACL ...

... yet we still managed to hang in there, win a cup and might have won our last game against Spurs if Wesley Fofana hadn't got injured in it joining Jonny Evans ...

Fine margins ... so every reason for thinking we could push on again <cheers>

The slow dance of munse and Fosse starts again.

Newcastle to be relegated and Leicester for more European football. Seems BR has found the perfect fit for him at Lesta

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but was I right the last 2 seasons and were you wrong?

I'm really just quite shocked you're getting back up for round 3 tbh

I'll give you an example of your attitude and given you sighted Europe and injuries as a reason why you didn't finish yesterday I think it speaks volumes

So roman and his merry chavs desperately adding another 100m player to catch up again.

Tuchel is as much a fraud as the bald one.
