You dont come out of those two academies lacking technically or in attitude. These lads may have the odd dip as young lads do but I reckon they will fly more often than not. Have a look at our young lads - they can play, lets get them on the pitch. As Hansen once said - you can win everything with kids
I think that could be the way forward. Promote the u23s that are ready for the first team - Neil, Younger for example plus the other u23s who's been around the first team last season - Diamond, Embleton then add experience - McGeady, Wright, Evans, Pritchard, you can also add Gooch and O'Nien since they've been part of the first team for the last 3 years at least then fill in holes with players who will also grow with the team, hopefully this Cirkin is part of it

Personally I'd DM anyone I thought worth knowing, then start with a fresh name and no fanfare in a few days or so, unless you've already 'dealt' with the problem off-board. There's a huge jump between a 'prehab5' account, and rats turning up.
Doubt you know me from Adam, but you've improved innumerable, otherwise near-unbearable, windows over the years so many thanks.

Every body has a point of view that's what makes a message board, but you have taken some comments not called for because of a different stance, and we do seem to be getting a few mouth pieces, who jump in without knowing the facts or reading the threads fully like what has just happend, along with a nasty attitude that's not called for.Everyone deserves a voice, but not an abusive one

Almost like having a more experienced group of players, a 'leadership group' if you will, supplemented by younger, hungry, talented players eager to prove themselves. Sounds like a plan imo.
