Got a meeting with my boss tomorrow to discuss if I can keep my job and still move. I work remotely anyway and don't need to be local to do my job so hopefully fingers crossed.

Some very nice kips there mate. Good boozers, decent park to wander about in and good transport links. Good shout.

However like most towns selection of property has to be done due diligence as they say
**** all mate only life long negative bastards slag Sunderland off. I’m from Seaham mate so anywhere on the new estates down the harbour are nice and along the front is great now. I moved to Grangetown with my lass and love being able to walk to Hendon beach and along the cliffs to Seaham and back. Roker or Seaburn would be my choice if I moved again though.

The meeting with my boss was positive and he's going to speak to the powers that be about it.
Found some beautiful houses and a secondary school for my son that sounds exactly what he needs. Hopefully Monday the directors will agree and I can start looking at coming home properly.
Scary to think I can sell my 3 bed detached in Somerset, buy a 5 bed detached up home and save 100k on my mortgage

No mate the Wellfield School, they have a special autism / dyslexia hub
I live about 5 minutes away from penshaw monument. The old pit heap has been turned into a country park and I can walk out of my front door and cross one road and be in the park. Plenty of houses around here for £250k.

Can you let my sons current school know that's why he might not be great at reading please
I assume somebody has suggested the glasses with coloured lenses? I employed an autistic/dyslexic lad and he ended up wearing glasses with pink lenses. His mate needed yellow. Both massively improved their reading.
