I would say there has been, and continues to be, racism, sexism, ageism and lots of other 'ism's' in every job I have ever done, and it continues today. Not always out loud, but it's there or is implied.
The trouble is that since everyone 'woke' employers have gone completely overboard with things, and I am currently having to do a mandatory training course which tells me from the very first slide what a white privileged person I am.

I, personally, find this training racist, and frankly cringeworthy and embarrassing and the major company I work for should be ashamed of themselves.

And as for the £7Bn that Jamaica are demanding as compensation for the UK's part in the slave trade several centuries ago, sorry, no !

Well, well, well it has been revealed by Sanjay Bhandari chairman of Kick It Out, that over the past 2 years 70% of abuse comes from foreign accounts, he added "these are not football fans, they are people who have never been inside an English football ground".

The centre for countering digital hate, found 105 Instagram accounts had directed abuse towards England players after the final. BBC Newsnight revealed the locations of 64 of those accounts of which only 5 came from the UK.

That has been kept quiet surely it merited a lot more exposure?

If they told the truth, they wouldn't be able to stir up the racial tension and create 'non' stories.

This is why the media everywhere are so poisonous to everyday people like us, and too many people accept what the media tell them rather than ever question it.

Very good, and put's in in perspective ! Shame that the likes of the BBC and ITV journalists don't, or won't do their jobs properly, but then again they have an agenda don't they.

I watch GB News all the time. Refreshing to see people call other people out like the Sussex's.

Andrew Doyle makes the point. If what is serious is not kept in proportion, if you do you not use facts individuals, organisations, media cannot truly be taking racism seriously because truths are being avoided - Racism is sensationalised, racism is nefariously weaponised due to political ideology.

So the Police have made 4 arrests over the online abuse of England players
I'll wager all of the people still waiting for the Police to start investigating their burglaries or personal assaults will be pleased.

Does he take the knee with us? I’m not sure he does. It will be interesting to see next time we play him .

He did all last season and did against England in the Euros.

Peer pressure? fear of being in the news?

There was some booing at Millwall last night when Fulham took the knee. The Millwall players stood while they did it and Millwall played music to try and drown out the boos. But we live in a democracy when personal opinions and freedom, at least for now, is still permitted, no one is committing anything illegal, so I can't understand the thinking behind it.

After the game Gary Rowett was spot on when he said there has to be a better way of ensuring solidarity, tolerance and inclusion, than taking the knee, and Millwall as a community club have (had) to do more than most clubs to integrate the locals of all races over the years.
Then along comes Jobi McAnuff on Sky Sports who starts slagging Rowett off for his comments, and saying that he was racially abused at Millwall some 20 years ago as a Youth Player. I mean really ? 20 years ago and you want to bring it up now ?

There was also booing at Burton where the home side took the knee. Presumably this was from Sunderland fans, but I couldn't really tell.

It's about time the FA and EFL stepped in and put an end to this ridiculous charade of players affiliating themselves with a violent, Marxist movement like the unthinking and unaware sheep most of them are.

Sky Sports eventually took down the Black Lives Matter logo from their in screen videoprinter and score updates, but surely Kick It Out, that's been around for ages is the best way forward ? While players still take the knee, there will still be plenty of supporters who are unhappy with their actions.

And the kneeling has become almost sacred. Kneel first to prove worth. The zeal to protect a unnecessary gesture deflects attention from the aims.

The Deepdale boys have stopped doing it, mind you we've stopped winning as well, the knee is divisive apparently the Rapione woman was bullying Team USA players to do it, didn't help the Met Police when they did it just think it's woke garbage

I watched the EFL highlights on Quest last night, and now Clinton Morrison has thrown his weight behind Jobi McAnuff and is also calling for Gary Rowett to come out and condemn the booing at Millwall. Predictably Morrison is also saying he's been abused at Millwall over the years.

But I'm firmly with Rowett on this one. It's a free country and no one is breaking the law. Just needs Millwall to stop playing music to try and cover it up and let people express their feelings even if you don't agree with them.

Energy no doubt sincerely expended not discussing and addressing the intent. Its counterproductive but also counterintuitive.

Ivan Toney - “In my eyes, it’s like being used as a doll. Kneeling, the people at the top can rest for a while. This is pretty ridiculous and pretty pointless. Nothing has changed.”

This gesture brings attention to itself. The intentions are being obfuscated.
