Like Remote I'm not sure about Giles. He hasn't set the world on fire in previous loans and only played once for Wolves first team in a Carabao cup game. I suppose Mick has seen something he can work with.

If you add in the tyros coming through, it'll be a pretty young squad. Not a bad thing. Just need the right balance of experience for match days. Given his rapid rise, even Moore is relatively inexperienced despite his age. We've lost a lot of leadership from the dressing room this last year.

Left back isn’t a concern - it’s the perennial problem of central midfield which is. MM seemingly is satisfied with what he’s got but unless Tomlin somehow rises like a phoenix from the ashes and has an injury free season then we’re without any creativity at all. Just plain old dull plodding Ralls, Pack, Bacuna and Vaulks. Even Wintle is a defensive midfielder. But just maybe Colwill will be that spark for us?

With Hull under an embargo shifting Whyte may be difficult. Bennett is training with us. It wouldnt be a total shock if he stayed but I doubt it. I think if we weren't so desperate for cash hed get a deal.
