Had to leave the pub shortly after the pens due to shouts of "monky ****" "black basterd" and more. My girl being one of only 2 people of colour in the place gave me no choice but to leave before i kicked the **** off. If i wasnt with my lil bro and father id have sent her off in a cab and done the ****ing racist worms. Fully fukin ruined my night, and reminded me why i have nothing to do with the national team, England fans are a fuking disgrace. An actual fuking disgrace and im glad they got ****ed over. ****s
Followed England home and at every tournament since Euro 88 so just pleased to see England - and we are not a great side despite the chest thumping - get to a final. We got some luck with an easy draw, refereeing decisions and lots of home games but we rode it well to reach the final. And lost to the best team in competition.
I'm sorry to hear about that **** mate. You shouldn't take it out on the national team though, the vast majority of the supporters are good eggs. Not only that, they would have been fans from every club being racist last night, so if you apply that logic you'll also need to stop supporting Liverpool, bruv.
Some idiot hassled us outside Salt Bar near Baker Street at around 1 in the morning for being Italian. Two of the people I was with were ginger FFS. We threw a burnt out flare at them and they soon backed off. Muppets. Why would Italians have red and white smoke grenades?
Fukin pond scum bruv. **** all that every club ****. Soon as the result went west the true face of supporting england showed itself. As it always does. Have a good day bro
Not all England fans are like that. You're generalising about 60 million people in your scathing comment. Some might even call that racist.
I think that if you are affected directly by racism like he was last night then you might be a bit upset.
Maybe so. I just don't like be tarnished with the same bush and it happens all the time supporting England.
Sounds awful mate, hope your partner is ok? In the heat of the moment, people can say things that are downright disgusting, things that they probably wouldn’t say in ordinary circumstances. But unfortunately, if they come out with **** like that, it means that somewhere deep down, they actually believe it. That’s what worries me. I’m not getting into the whole taking the knee thing, but I reckon people must be pretty blinkered to not see that it is an issue that needs to be addressed. I’d also like to add that I’m not comparing us to any other countries. I know full well that Italy, Spain, Poland etc have problems with racism, possibly more so. But we can’t do **** all about that. But we can sort our own **** out. Too long. Didn’t read. Hope you’re ok basically.
Good tournament for England. Easy draw, dodgy refereeing decisions, but did well to get 2nd best when they're probably about the sixth best team in Europe. The Italians are rightly champions, and I think a bit of a wake-up call for delusionists like Rio, who claimed England could beat either team after the Italy-Spain semi, and for those who reckon Sterling is world-class: not compared to Chiesa he ain't. As for the thug fans - dunno if anyone else heard that Danish lady on Steven Nolan's show on Friday night. It's right to say that, happily, we've now developed a multi-cultural, multi-racial widespread England fanbase that we should be thrilled about. But come on, there's a hardcore, primarily Southern, tattooed, middle-aged white, entitled mob that surfaces at games, pubs and online that have been associated with Ing-urland since the 70's. The same mob of Cockney ****wits that turned Meditteranean resorts into war zones into the 80's and 90's, and even now are likely to kick into middle-aged yobbery in the Caribbean and Aisian resorts as their disposable income increases near retirement. If ever there's a drunken fight in any resort anywhere, look for the English - not Scots, Irish, Welsh or Aussies, but always the English, usually from London and the Home Counties. And not even the young English to boot. And Jordan Pickford - I take it back, diddy-arms. Apart from the Danish goal, the best keeper in the tournament. Luke Shaw too - as a former fat but quick and skilful full back myself, I applaud you, you Manc ****. And watching Jose squirm and make innumerable re-writes of history in his newspaper column has been fantastic. Can't think of anybody else who'd get in that Italy squad though. So here's to a third easy tournament draw in a row for Qatar. With luck, we'll make the quarters again, if not a semi.
Bit gutted England lost. But seeing the behaviour of folk like this I take great consolation that those ****ers will be absolutely devastated.
