Fwiw, I had a dream the other night that we announced 16 signings straight off the bat in one go. However, one chap (a portly little fella) took to the field in a pre season game still supping from his Costa coffee cup so I doubt this will be very accurate.

Basically propreioception and vestibular are our sixth and seventh senses, they allow us to process where our bodies are in relation to space around us and be able to balance. For footballers being able to judge exactly where the ball will be to strike it and getting your body in the right shape to be able to. I’m a bit dyspraxic so my propreioception isn’t quite right but you can learn movements through repetition like kicking or catching a ball. If the injury has affected the way he moves mechanically he’ll need to retrain his brain processing to account for that.Prehab...being a bit thick can you explain what a proprioceptive movement is, is it anything to do with your bowels or a political movement...just asking

This! Enough of this minor distraction...England came up short,it's done and gone. The most pressing matter is now getting some better players into our squad!

Having spent last season on loan at Rochdale, the Arsenal left-back knows League One well. Sunderland need full-backs this summer and Bola may fit the bill - although Sheffield Wednesday are also understood to be keen.
