I was hoping for a new kit reveal today with Luke modelling it along with a shiny new captains armband. Tomorrow will have to do...

this would be incredible. if it doesnt happen now I'm actually going to weep.

As long as he's not staying here to become our permanent centre back I'd be ok with him re-signing, cos he lost his way a bit in defence towards the back end of last season. I actually think he's not done himself any favours by becoming 'mr versatile', more like an odd job man. He should have stuck to midfield, where his engine gives him an edge over others, rather than getting shoved in wherever we needed cover for injuries. Not fussed if he moves on like, good luck to the lad.

Whilst I’d like him to stay because of his versatility, I still see him as a “Jack of all Trades” but “Master of None” type player.

Worth the contract extension offer, but I wouldn’t be gutted if he left.

Great news if true, and knowing him will likely mean that he's training today, and if that's the case I can't see them not announcing it.

Combine that with a good signing and the news of full stadiums next season, and the club should now be looking to push season tickets hard
