When it comes to general living... Yes, absolutely. It's ridiculous that people can legally enjoy alcohol but not cannabis. I feel for you living down South, I've got a mate in Croydon and he said he'd still get nicked for smoking a joint - We haven't got that worry up here, I've bumped into a few coppers when I've been walking Skye on a night time and smoking my joint. They just say hello and carry on. It's only an issue here if they see you with cannabis and relate it to crime.

When it comes to sport, I'm afraid not. If they allowed Cannabis, then everybody who takes cocaine and speed would be in uproar. As Tel has pointed out it could have positive impacts on the body if used at that right time. Obviously nobody is going to take a bong and then run a marathon. Would deserve the gold medal just for finishing the race if they done that
