Hes overrated massively.

Mistakes galore, been skinned/sat on his arse about 5/6 already this tournament, he improved citys defence by concededing 3 less goals than before he arrived.

Hes not a terrible player but hes massively overrated.

Rather have Joemez

In a 1 year span. I wouldn't put him into the pantheon of world class yet (he's where Laporte was in the 1st year he arrived when he was an absolute beast). Still, he's a much better defender than all of the Pool centre backs bar pre crocked VVD
 
Van Dijk’s gonna be a wreck when he gets back in the side. I can see him relapsing and being back in rehab in no time, the bigger guys usually take much longer to fully recover.

Wait til big Raph tells him to put his medals on the table, that’ll cripple him.

It’s not really a good stat to measure him against, for a team that have possession of the ball 75% of the time and concede probably 3 or 4 chances per game.
