Probably. Grealish is English and diver flavour of the month, and City are known to throw money about like it's going out of style. All of those things might mean it wouldn't be quite so bad us going for Tielemans, but still more than FSG are likely to pay I suppose. Because we splurged on Virgil and Alisson doesn't mean we're likely to make a habit of it. Not after we've rescued Mbappe from languishing in an inferior league anyway.
