Congratulations to Sebastian and Mark on retaining the WCC, they are a very dominant team so they deserve all they get.

Lewis had a good battle with Mark Webber throughout the race, where he used he 2 move option (just like Schumacher in Monza) thoroughly without being penalised, either way it was a strong race for him.

Alonso decided to "give up" on Button another example of the "incubated" - "protected" driver getting frustrated over nothing, because for once Massa could race him..
This of course could have been a dummy to Mclaren.. who knows..

Mercedes had a strong race on one side of the garage with Nico-unfortunately he was caught by a faster Torro Rosso although he is only 7 points ahead of Michael in the WD standings, on the other side of the garage however things went downhill, Michael gained about 3 positions on the first lap, but a racing incident with an opportunistic Petrov sealed the end of his Korean GP. Both drivers were not harmed, and of course things like this happen all the time when there is "real" racing. A new venture in India may see them bring home a stronger result, they have maintained 7th and 8th place since Melbourne respectively and credit to them for managing this.

Special mention to the Lotus's, both had very strong races throughout as well as Torro Rosso, Alguersari in particular drove like a veteran to catch and hold onto Rosberg until he eventually made a clean move on him.
I also saw a HRT overtaking another driver, made my day. Overall close racing entertained us to the fullest, another classic race (in 2011).

Petrov given 5 place grid penalty for India for running into the back of someone.

Fancy that.

A frustrating race, maybe because the DRS zone hadn't been thought out. So many overtakes were like a PostIt without any gum - they just wouldn't stick.

Before this turns into scummy thread I would like to make one thing clear, Schumacher was told by the FIA to stop taking advantage of the 2-move rule, something Hamilton was using as I saw this with my very own eyes. Even you have recognised these maneuvers and are making reference to Monza 2011
(I think). Was Hamilton notified to stop this?... no.
I am only making it obvious to you mate. Schumacher was wrong to do this in Monza, Hamilton was wrong to do this today, and I am quite disappointed with the BEEB or FIA not picking this up.

He did? I didn't notice anything quite like Schumi's moves at Monza - perhaps they just weren't as obvious

Come one now, please do not get sour. I know you are a solid Mclaren fan as I am with Schumacher, he did make these moves mostly after the first and second straights.
But all in all it was good defending, both Michael and Lewis would be class defenders. The regulations need changing because at the moment, stuff like that is illegal, and it shouldn't be.
