How active has NDM been today! That might be a giveaway. If something IS happening today he would be a major part of it.

It is rumoured that the 28th is the date. PIF and Ashley leaving Nice and arriving in Luton together within minutes. It may be the Saudis arriving to give evidence.
 
This is the thing, we're all speculating like watching people conversate across a restaurant. It could be case related, it could also be discussing the club itself and transition plans.

Ah come on, less of that.

I have some sympathy for Masters. He's been going up against a sovereign state. This O&D test is a tissue paper fence. The second the likes of Chelsea and Man City bought in there was always a chance someone like PIF would want a seat at the table. Abramovich in particular has done a lot to inflate prices and make the league a bloated piggy bank.

Even if the court cases go away, the league needs root and branch reform of its test. If they can't in good faith pass something they shouldn't be able to sit on it for 16 weeks. We should have known early doors it was a none-starter and then gone out to find someone new. Instead, here we are, a year and a bit later, still hoping for just some clarity.

Where I lose symapthy for him is how he has handled it. The secrecy, the lack of communication even post them 'pulling out', he's done nothing to win fans over and instead only given more encouragement to those who think it is one big conspiracy.
