Another idea for selling off the remaining numbers, offer them up to existing punters to their existing nominated charity. Increase the odds of your charity winning, pay double (2x £10) if you lose. I know Chaos/Munse was constantly wanting another number. Just a suggestion.
That's my thoughts as the last resort but would prefer to have others first (If possible).

I've decided an order of teams so 1-24 each represents a nation, I'll take the last number remaining. It'll be a recognised order though, e.g. alphabetical or order of qualification.
Pick a number and nominate a charity at the same time. All other players donate a tenner to the winners charity once sorted (or maybe something for runner up too? Open to suggestions).
First come first served with exception of @remembercolinlee who I'll give 24 hours cos he missed out due to my miscount last time.
