just pleased that was not his first choice team out there, completely lacked in midfield imho, grealish tried a wee bit after he stopped falling over a lot, did the commentator get grealish and kane confused on the goal...bleating on about how it was 'grealish driving on' that got the goal then after the replay a slight change to 'grealish began that move in midfield', sometimes the 'a certain player' can do nothing wrong attitude is annoying and quite possibly why england fail so much, the media build 'a certain player' into a dead cert world beater until he falls flat in his first real competition.
I don't care if some players weren't available. Playing a player not going to the tournament is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. He ought to have played on of the squad's 82 right backs in Lingard's place.
