I think Howe pulled out, reading between the lines. His missus had a kid recently, so that might play into it. His last move North didn't go well. He is a boyhood Everton fan though, apparently. **** knows how that works. Espirito Santo's a good manager, but he's quite defensive-minded. May depend on your relationship with his agent, who also represents Wolves, basically.
