Let’s be honest, if Iran really cared about the Palestinians they’d prepare themselves and get their jets in the air. They’re full of **** though, because they know they have no chance of a win, so they just keep funding this mess to keep the proxy war ticking over. Until that country is a dust bowl the Middle East will pay for Iranian politics.
None of the muslim neighbours give a **** for the Palestinians, just need to look at how the Lebanese have treated them for the last 40 years, and anyone who thinks that the Israelis packing up and leaving would mean peace needs their head read.

Hamas fire rockets from civilian areas. They know that civilian deaths including women and children wins them the propaganda war.
No one accepts that, even though Hamas admitted to doing exactly that 7 years ago.

How is firing rockets at unknown targets ‘defending itself’ Ponk?

Let’s not get this twisted, it’s an attack, it’s not a defence. The iron dome is a defence.

The rockets fired at “Anywhere will do, just launch as many as possible” does not constitute a ‘defence’ does it? It’s a shoot from the hip exercise conducted by a terrorist organisation to cause any amount of damage to life and property that is possible.

It’s an attack, there’s two aggressors in play here and one happens to have a battery of precision weapons.

Semantics mate. Both sides are either attacking each other or defending themselves, depending on your point of view.

If hamas had precision weapons maybe they would aim them more specifically. They claim they are targeting Israeli airfields, but their weapons lack the capacity for that accuracy.

When Israel hit a beach and kill 10 year old lads playing football is that a failure of their precision weapons, an unfortunate event with collateral damage, an act of unjustified aggression, or a legitimate attempt to take out nearby military targets ?

Whatever justification is given for it on either side, it’s innocent civilians who get caught up and suffer.

Waffle.

They’re both striking tactically, albeit one with much less advanced technology. Israel doesn’t need to back down because it’s enemy has a weaker arsenal - attack vs attack.

The facts are that two sides are opposing each other and trying to kill each other, don’t be surprised when the one equipped for modern warfare decimates the dinosaur army. Hamas are poking a bear that they can’t contain.

Where is this energy for kids being raped and burned alive by Boko Haram and Muslims being persecuted and tortured in Uighur by the way?

Hence why I said it was semantics. Both sides would claim they are acting to defend themselves.

Israel bombed a refugee camp a few days ago. And in the past they’ve bombed schools and hospitals. Is that them defending themselves ?

It’s a badly one sided war when it comes to military capability. Maybe the rest of the world should tell Israel to fight the Palestinians with their own weapons instead of arming them to the teeth with lucrative arms deals.

level up the playing field a bit innit, get Switzerland to referee.

Ozil tried to bring it up and got told to stfu.

Who cares what’s happening to Muslims in a far away country when there are sponsorship deals to protect

You seem to think I’m the one who said one side was defending itself, you know that was you right, I’ve said both sides have attacked each other from the start.

Netanyahu is as bad as Hamas, he doesn’t give a **** where the missiles drop.

I’m saying that both sides are claiming that they are defending themselves. And I agree, both sides are attacking each other.

If one side has got precision weapons and aims them at hospitals and schools it makes them ****s. If the other side launches rockets indiscriminately into Towns and cities it makes them ****s too.

The whole thing is ****ed up

Lebanon getting slapped, now.

Israel's military says its artillery has attacked "a number of targets in Lebanese territory," in response to rocket fire from within the country.

In an earlier tweet, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said four rockets had been fired into Israel.

Several militant groups operate in Lebanon, including Hezbollah which fought a month-long war with Israel in 2006.

Lebanon hitting an empty field and likely seeing civilians get killed in response.

I don't particularly understand the strategic importance of blowing up lands not even fit for crops tbh.
