Can't see Citeh breaking their £65m pricing policy for a player Pep has already said he's not that interested in.
Man U, maybe, but it seems they're after others that could take up most of there budget.

The other problem will be Haaland and Sancho. Both younger for what will be a similar price. Who looks better value for money, its not Kane.
