96th minute of 4 minutes injury time.... Yeah, right!

I don't know why I should be surprised. It isn't the first thing that's gone in their favour since their "return to form" (TM). But this is two things isn't it, the disallowed goal ("I've seen them given") and the extra time available to score ("some games end when they are supposed to").

When these things occur, all you have to do is apply the OPPOSITION TEST. Which is whether that goal would have been allowed had the teams been reversed and Liverpool 'scored' it. Yes of course it would.

Lines remarkably familiar to fans who had seen their teams dicked over by referees at Old Trafford between the late 90s and late 00s

Was it cos the bloke who was offside was interfering with the keepers sight or interfering with play?

Cos fair enough if it was but otherwise it makes no sense

For the Liverpool goal the ref added on sufficient time not only to allow the corner to be taken but for Allison to run the length of the field. He should have to state why. I didn't see any time wasting in the added minutes.

I expected Liverpool to murder West Brom, but that was kind of weird.......as though it was arranged!? But then I expected Wolves to beat Spurs......maybe that was arranged....? Very strange games have gone on with Spurs. Concedeing 7 goals at HOME to Bayern and 5 to Everton in a big cup game to name a few. Maybe it's because we don't usually play ball playing choppers like other teams.

For a large chunk of this season we weren't playing with eleven players on the pitch

Gonna be an interesting last 7 days re top 4.

If Liverpool win both their games either Leicester or Chelsea drop out after both looked nailed on.

The likely scenario is the Chavs win the CL but stutter in the league so Saltypool grab fourth at the last

Luckily we're not in a position where that scenario would **** us over

For once...
