I picked him and his wife up in my cab a couple of years ( maybe 18 months ) ago. I took him from Barnes to South Chessington, absolutely smashing bloke. I thought he had retired. I offered him a discount as I was on my way home, but he would have none of it. Top man, spoke loads of common sense and understood the electorate. He should be in charge of the Labour Party.

Fair play to Gordon Brown discussing Sturgeon and Independence. <applause>
First person I have heard on TV that gives a bloody good argument on this matter. Boris is Toxic up there so I would use him as an adviser and let the people of Scotland know exactly what the SNP are leading them into.

It’s important people make an informed choice when it comes to a referendum.

I agree...like we did here. I have always said that if the Scots watch Braveheart and want to leave the union then we have to accept that. What they must be told is that they won’t use our pound and a hard border will be erected as they would be a third country. They would lose the sub base (which has 25k jobs connected) RBS BBC/ Sky sports sponsorship for the football/ pensions and work contracts. If they want to give that all up to hand over everything to Brussels... then good luck with that one.

Bloody hell I hadn’t realised that Captain Hindsight had sacked Valerie Vas from Shadow leader of the House of Commons. What a tw2t!
I remember her first day and JRM saying what a privilege it was working along side her and what a bright future she had.
He will be gone soon.

This is not any old sh*t, it's M&S sh*t. London today, shameless...

Thank god I finished my tea an hour ago :emoticon-0140-rofl:.

That's crazy. I seen a guy do the exact same in the middle of Manhatten one time. Unbelievable but it happens.

I thought I'd seen it all a couple of years ago when a Romany guy was standing stark bollock naked on the corner of Haymarket and Piccadilly Circus washing his underwear in a fountain before a policewoman wrestled him to the ground but this was certainly crossing a line. Unbelievable...

I know, as taxi drivers I am sure we could write a book about what we've seen. Without going into the details, there is very little that shocks me now.
