This rumour?

I take it its to do with the same charge uefa cleared them of last time? Then they paid like a 20m fee to uefa. For being innocent.


Wont go anywhere but city will pay a fee again <laugh>

I think it’s something to do with owners paying football agents fees for dodgy stuff as well. Probably bollocks tbf.
