The North and South tier below them got cancelled in February, so they couldn't really do it.
Macclesfield folding and Dover basically going into suspended animation complicated things, too.

 

This is why the bottom two clubs in League Two are saying that they cannot be relegated to the National League because they won't have any teams relegated

 

Which presumably means that there's no promotion or relegation across the board and the same teams go back into Europe.
Give Liverpool back the title, too. Not a desperate, last gasp attempt to stay up. Honest!

12 point deduction next season and a £40k fine, apparently. Doesn't seem that bad, considering.
