He was very quick to shoot down the claims that PIF were still at the table and that any court case was for change of ownership.
He's losing his patience and reverting to his old negative views.

If, and it remains IF, the PIF are still at the table, there is a legal fight ongoing with the PL that will take a bit of time to sort out. At the end of that, which isn't dependent on Ramadan, we may be fortunate to be taken over by a sovereign wealth fund. That's pretty much as accurate as anyone can be.
Why don't you just give yourself the weekend off?

I think the fact that Ashley is trying to force through a takeover via a legal route indicates thst PIF are still at the table.
