Fergie was always very supportive of the glazers
Man U became a plc, anyone could have bought them, and that gave them an advantage over other clubs that all these concerned Man U fans reaped the benefits of.
they’ve still spent a fortune over these last years without a league title
Backing van gaal mourinho and Olly
And now they don’t like it because they’re not top dog in Manchester never mind the country.
long may it continue
Good.

It's bollocks to suggest they're protesting because they're not winning much. They were protesting against the Glazers after winning successive league titles and a Champions League.

Didn't the Glazers get themselves appointed to the MUFC board and then lend themselves all of MUFC's money that they then used to buy MUFC.. . . . . or summat?

Spurs floated on the Stock Exchange before Man Utd. Hasn't done them as much good.
The Glazers loaded them with debt, have taken a fortune out and Old Trafford is crumbling. Fans were protesting about them when they were winning everything going. Not that their demise upsets me. Nothing against Man Utd fans from Manchester but the Reds in Hull, East Yorkshire and everywhere else are a different matter.
One of my favourite City games wasceeing us beat a relegated Man Utd and laughing at all the sad twats waiting for their buses to Longhill, OPE etc. Would like to see that again as much, if not more, than seeing us play them in the PL.

How long ago was that?

They won the Champions League in '08 and and won the Premier League 3 times on the trot from '06-'09. The Glazers bought the club in '05.

Utd fans have always protested against them, since the day they bought the club. Souness is talking bollocks, as per. If it was Liverpool fans protesting by breaking into Anfield, he'd be waxing lyrical about the 'working-class spirit' of the salt of the earth Scousers against their owners.

Strange can’t remember too much protesting in the last ten years
It’s been a slow burner then

Good on em

There was the whole FC United thing ad well

As we know protests don't always go the way you want and media wise we only tend to pay attention to whats important to you / us

One of best nights in my local was when FC United played Brid Town. The council put a special deal on for them to stay the weekend ( now, there's an idea for those on the Hull council) and loads came over. Great bunch of lads. A great selection of songs as well. It was the best night for takings landlord had that year. A lot of other pubs and the Brid Town social club did well.

You live in some kind of vacuum?.
15 years ago, a huge percentage of MUFC season ticket holders abandoned them. Some formed and support F.C. United of Manchester, the rest gave up and have been replaced by a large contingent of newly resident Indian, Asian and 'tourist' consumers.
