well finally my eyes seem to be taking focus, late saturday kick off are the destroyer of many good men. i thought id have a look to see what peole were saying about last night and it seems that a few also had quite a few to drown their sorrows but then decided to write some of the beer fuelled feelings on here bruce out, relegation, etc.
you would have thought we have just lost 3 in a row to the bottom 3 teams, not p/l champions and cup holders, not the team that finished 4th and are in c/l (and are playing against a team in midweek in a game we can only dream about) then there was stoke, enough said about that one.
my point being we are still going to finish in a decent position, higher than most would have thought.
we still have a fantastic opportunity to move forwards
we are still top dogs in the north east FACT
so i expect a few of you who have posted some of your beer fuelled **** talking posts may be feeling a little bit sheepish today.
