Contract until 2023, can't see him leaving, esp as he's back to being a regular now.

Depends whether he still wants to go and whether anyone has the money which seems to have been the stumbling block more than anything else.

We need him in the squad takeover or not imo

Ritchie a doubt - personally, think LWB will suit Lewis well enough and he should be given a shot.

Lewis is an atrocious player.. I suppose he might do better there though as he can get fwd which is his thing.

How about this in the absence of Ritchie?

    ------------Wilson---------ASM--------
    ---------------------Almiron-------------
    --------------Shelvey----Longstaff--------
    Dummett----------------------------------Murphy
    ----------Clark---Fernandez---Manquillo
    ---------------------Dubravka---------------

Or what about putting Manquillo LB? No? Probably not.

It's OK but I'm somewhat miffed by the absence of Joey.

Need at least 30 more laughing emojis.

Dummett isn’t even a left back. Bruce has found his position.

Yeah he is, but with Dummett protecting I’d be interested to see how he does going forward. Quite why the club didn’t go for Willems is beyond me,

I think Lewis works in a back five with that cover. There were periods when he looked decent going forward but just a muddled formation/ team mentality

Anybody else noticed that all these games in our unbeaten run have been early kick-offs. We are first game up again today so expecting a comfortable 2-1 victory with both our goals coming prior to the 90th minute (86 and 89).

I noticed that. But also… we’ve been picking up points as the Mackems haven’t so now they are getting points we may go the other way.

Nah. Think it's the genius of Bruce giving the squad no training after the Brighton game
