Add the Halifax, first time in my life I have had to wait in queue of zero people, while staff were busy doing fcuk all.

Doctor is working from home via telephone .
Yet the coroner couldn't get in touch with him for days. When he finally managed to, he said he "couldn't get any sense out of him"
Coroner wasn't impressed and the funeral was postponed for a post mortem .

Had to let everyone know, 1 or 2 I couldn't so hopefully they didn't turn up,
Rearrange everything, and pay an extra £100 to the undertaker.



Talking to an aunty last night, she reckons the Marsden rattler is charging £6.80 a pint to sit outside ffs.
That's taking the pìss.

I have to say, I've had some shocking customer service this past year. Went to take something back to a shop during the third lockdown, got a very snotty attitude accompanied with "Some of us have had to worked this lockdown", my answer to that was "And I've work through all 3", needless to say attitude changed dramatically. Other companies have used the pandemic to their advantage. I've never heard or seen more McDonalds adverts in my life as much I have this past year. Next day delivery electricals, "Just a tap and your new £2000 95 inch telly that you don't have to sart paying for until 6 months time, just add it to the rest of your buy now pay later stuff."will be here tomorrow.Personal debt will be scary.

BT dont need a pandemic to have bad customer service - its always been ****ing ****e.

Dont even get me started on their business IT customer service - I used to have to deal with the wholesale bit in my previous IT jobs - **** me incompetence isnt even in the same league as them. 6 bastard months to get a correctly trained engineer on site to fit a ****ing industrial filter for a fibre line.

Covid as you say has made service worse , appalling customer service in this country already existed. I’m sure that we’ve all had that feeling that you have to do peoples jobs for them . It’s got to the stage where if I have to deal with companies , I as routine note time of call , who I’m speaking to , exactly what I explain, exactly what they say and definitely what they say they will do . There have been times I’ve told them that I’m also recording the call for “ quality” purposes

Just been to the Golf Club (Scotland so clubhouse just opened on Monday).
Not many people in, took ages to sort out a table coz of bookings which looked like never arrived yet, then fecking 35mins before our bacon rolls arrived (tea was cold by then).
Useless, and when asking the reason reason for delay - the waitress was not happy!!
If they can’t get themselves sorted out QUICK, they’ll not be selling many rolls.

Miserable bastard, I'm celebrating my £4.00 rise with a well deserved ( after I've added a quid ) three for a fiver bottles of Stella from Tesco. That's if I don't fall off the 5 metre ladder I'll be working off tomorrow after my second jab, whilst the young f*cker who doesn't like heights is painting at knee height.

I'd love to be in a queue of zero people. At Barclays,I'm in a queue of 20 people snaking all round the bank and out into the street. They have 5 counters,only one open,who's dealing with someone who wants to make an appointment to see a manager and can't find a convenient date because there's no-one available for over 3 weeks! This,in a branch that's now only open four days a week and then only from 9.30 till 2pm!
A little girl walking up the queue asking " how can I help you today? thank you for your patience,it's because of Covid restrictions!"......FFS!........get some more counters open you ****ing silly cow! How is Covid stopping you doing that?
