Got his books which had his television reviews collected in and reread during lockdown. Still funny 40 years later and funny even if you had not seen the programmes he was talking about. Which shows what a good writer he was. His books about growing up in Australia and his arrival in England are also great reads. You can't help when reading his books hearing his voice and reading with the same intonation he had.
