Just a few pages back you were saying it was off! The recent Arabnews article isn't worth taking too seriously. Both sides will be confident of the strength of their respective cases, otherwise they wouldn't have entered into the costly and time consuming arbitration process. No one is able to say with any authority who has the best shot at winning because we aren't privy to the details. The way I see it, at best the takeover is 50-50.
