Just seen that City fans for the league cup finals can only attend if they live within certain postcodes/areas whilst there's nothing the same with Spurs fans.

If they really REALLY decide to go for this, the FA and PL need to grow some collective nuts and tell them they will be banned from the English football structure.

They can’t be allowed to join a closed shop but continue to participate in the domestic system.
