Am I alone in wondering whether it was a fellow Spurs fan?

It is an absolute mess. Literally sunday league level of competence.

I wrote a similar analysis after the United game but I'm not great with tech so only used 2 freeze frames:

I saw my post at the top of the page <laugh>....as one of my brothers said...

"All the subtlety of a flying brick"

If Levy really thinks that Mourinho can coach those players to beat City, he wants one of these...

He is a simply terrible coach. His track record proves it. Very capable at taking an already-strong group and making them almost unbeatable. But he hasn't got a clue how to coach players to be better. In over 18 months, the only players who have noticeably improved are Kane (who was already world class and renowned for being relentlessly self-demanding anyway) and Lucas.

The worry is how so many players, especially young ones, have declined or disappeared entirely in his tenure. Bergwijn might as well not have a squad number, Hojbjerg has been getting progressively worse as the season goes on, Tanganga looks a shadow of the promise he had last year, and I hope Reguilon's recent performances have more to do with his fitness and less to do with Mourinho or we've gone and ruined another promising youngster.

There isn't a chance in hell I'd trust him with the likes of Skipp, Sessegnon, White, Devine and Scarlett.

As I said...whenever I said it, the ubermensch is somebody you bring in to get a team that comes up short over the finish line, which is what he did at Chelsea, Inter, Los Ladrones and Chelsea (again) - and the obvious issue there is that means, if we were going to bring him in, the optimal time to do so would have been the 2017-18 season as that was after two seasons of coming up short

I am genuinely lost for words about WTF Levy is doing.
Since December 16th (4 months) our record in ALL competitions is:

League Cup
W2

FA Cup
W2 L1

EL
W3 L1

Premier League
W7 D5 L9 .... 26 pts

That's 30 games.
14 wins
5 draws
11 losses

The wins include Marine, Stoke, Wycombe, Brentford, Fulham, West Brom, Sheffield United, and 3 wins in the EL against team that would be relegated from the prem.

If we had 26 points from our first 21 games he'd have been sacked.

WTF is the club waiting for?

The only hope in this whole sorry episode was Sacramento.

When asked what he's been doing for to earn his corn for the last year and a half....

Legal to decide if we can say the Europa Conference League doesn't count as European qualification as per the terms of the ubermensch's contract

One of my problem with politics is that there is no long term planning. Governments cut taxes, causing a money shortage.
Services like youth clubs, education support, social support, mental health support services are cut to save a few million in the here and now with no thought of the tens of millions that will cost in the future to deal with the health and social costs that occur when those who need the services end up as jobless or get drawn into criminal behaviours or develop mental health issues etc.

The desperation to save on JMs sacking reminds me of this. The person/s who agreed a contract with a huge pay off aren't held to account but claim they can't afford to correct the situation due to the short term cost. Only there is no look at what the long term cost may be.

If JM had been sacked after the West Ham game (our 5th loss in 6 games) we could well have still been in the EL and be in the top 4.
We may not have been but keeping him was never going to achieve that.

Therefore the saving is false...we could well have lost £70m by failing to quantify for the top 4

Does anyone really, 100% trust that Levy isn't still hoping that this will come right somehow?

It is the biggest **** up since we sent someone round to West Ham's gaff to take a little look in their safe. He got away with that one but he's red handed on this and when we've got nothing to spend this summer, because we're paying Mourinho's pension, he's going to know how angry real fans actually are.
