It will be much needed too. There are 4 of the senior squad I'd like to see moved on but we are full of academy grads with little to no experience so all up we could be in need of at least 8 players coming in. Seems like we've been saying this for an eternity and my expectations are lower than than low that it will happen.

It’s because man for man we don’t have a great team/squad so we have to work harder than the other team and play well as a team and when we don’t we lose. Ralph got us batting above our average before and now we aren’t

Improved effort will show v Leicester by may not be enough. But it’s a semi final so COYR

Has he though? I’d say the opposite that he has looked decent occasionally but in the main looked poor.

He has never been a great player IMO, relying on his pace and he seems to have lost a fair bit of that aswell. On a free he could be ok due to us being skint, wages dependent, but if possible I’d rather sign someone else
