Landlords are cutting all sorts of deals on rents at the moment - Could well be that Primark have negotiated a "turnover rent" with the Bluewater owners for that store... we always try and negotiate those if possible. Last thing the shopping malls need are lots of empty units - has a distinct negative impact on shopper numbers <cheers>
Are those kind of rent deals done on actual turnover or footfall? As I’d have thought the footfall to the shopping centre was the key measure from a landlords perspective.

guess it’s the 0.000004% risk of a blood clot that has people worried.

These concerns about blood clots.

The logic I applied to it, was that once you get to a certain age, what takes priority, the blood clot weighed risk or freedom and a kind of return to normality. For me the freedom is more important. We all have things we would like to do before we die.

The opposite side of that coin of choice for me is age, if I'm a 30 something, then I maybe looking at the measure in a different way.

So it plays out in my head the same way as the 9 levels for vaccination, anything outside of that I'd completely understand why the choices might be different.

Obviously those olders ones, such as me, could make a choice to take a different vaccination, but life is sort, I don't have ten years to waste, waiting for the safest choice.

Im sorry like but I'm not working with that agreement.... call me ole fashion like.

It might have something to do with the lawsuits against these companies over the years for some........but we won't worry about past init.

What lawsuits?

you seems obsessed with lawsuits,

Depends how you define freedom. I define my freedom in removing the possibility of catching the virus. You are looking at freedom from a different perspective.

Anyone would think you were a 30 to 40 something, you have to be nigh in your 50's, unless the soul crew were recruiting wee nine year olds <laugh>

You ain't very good at guess who are you.

Yeah my freedoms and your freedom are two different things.......we agree on something

I said you had to be nigh in your 50's, but you're right I ain't very good at guessing ages, in fact I'm rubbish at it, I was merely going by what you said on the other thread. Unless your hard man days on the terraces were spent as a wee nipper <laugh>

My first football arrest was Walsall away i was still in comp school......got ragged by a police dog and all that day.....banned from official supporter's clubs travel and ended up travelling up and down the country with the soul crew lads

Nah can't be arsed with simple folk sorry

come on, you seem so keen to tell all you know. Which lawsuits are in progress. Learn me please.
Then again I should just take your word, wouldn’t want running down by you.

Turnover of the store on the whole ... some with percentage milestones based on running totals... requires transparency on takings by month etc but that isn't usually too much of a problem ...
