As for this bill, there’s elements of it that are fine, and others that are ****e, that’s why we have parliamentary scrutiny (or did). For example, the wording is woolly and not befitting of legislation, what constitutes ‘too noisy’?
It also declares war on the travelling community btw, which has barely had a mention.
