What do you expect me to say mate. He's filth. Personally, I think the fact he's out already shows how fcked up our prison sentencing is. I'd be happy if he'd rotted inside for the rest of his life. But now that he's out, if he's a national from another country he should be deported.

But what's the motivator here, on this thread? The fact that so many under-age girls were exploited, the effect on their mental health, their lives and their families lives destroyed.... or that he's a muslim and/or from an ethic minority? Does that change the fact the vast majority of convicted *****s in this country are middle-aged white men? No. Where are the posts on here in equal measure calling them out?

Because the impression I get here is that the girls who were abused are just a secondary issue to those who froth over stories like this. The people who bang on about it very rarely if ever talk about the victims. They're just in it for the racial politics.

There's a definite problem within the Pakistani muslim community when it comes to the grooming culture and the underage sexual abuse of these young girls. And the fact they did it to white girls and not their own highlights their ignorant and bigoted views towards them. I'm not twisting anything, I just think those who use these vile acts to further their own bigotry don't really give a fck about the actual crime, it's just a stick to beat the drum. I'd listen to anyone who highlights these issues (which do exist) without being driven by prejudice because I think we'll get a lot further that way.

I'm actually with you on the last bit btw. When I read the story I did think, he can't last long on the streets after what he's done, but whilst posting I forgot to mention it. Surely someone's going to batter the ****? If he is being accepted back in his own community then that's fcking shameful. But you know what, it also goes a long way to explain how these blokes were raised and came to hold those views and carry out those actions. And I'm not talking about their faith btw, but this backward view of women in general within some sections of the asian subcontinent. You look at India and the widespread problem they have with rape over there and it shows there's a real problem with the mindset that women are sub-standard and just sexual objects.

The world is forever changing and everyone needs to accept it and move forwards together no exceptions. What was acceptable or tolerated in the past probably isn't today the problem lies with everyone wanting to be or branded as a particular group, we are this, we are that, we want, you give, there is no end to the divide created by ourselves.

Its not that easy, otherwise the Home Office would have had him extradited upon his release. All he needs to say is his life will be in danger if he is sent back home.

Even the Bangladeshi girl who went to Syria to fight for ISIS, and was subsequently stripped of the UK citizenship has a strong case to come back. There’s plenty within that bill that anyone should be concerned with, not least the right to peaceful protest.

The idea that anyone who is against it or involved in the protests are just rebellious students, is just lazy stereotyping and avoids the actual debate.

Oh and anyone who has a household income of over £35k better hope they never face a false accusation and ends up in Crown court, as you’re paying for it.

It really isn’t though. Having evidence and proof is merely good policing. The issue is the workload due to lack of numbers. Many cases are barely being touched as there’s always a higher priority case landing on their desks. Court time and cost is why the CPS are far more reluctant to take anything on but sure fire winners, particularly in potentially lengthy and costly, complicated fraud cases.

A policy of assassinating travellers, I’ve heard of that idea somewhere before........

You and @Tobes are both correct here.

It's a vicious circle. Minority communities are more likely to live in poor areas. The result of this is that they feel isolated by the wider community. Therefore they feel like there is no way out and turn to crime and gangs and drugs which in turn leads to the next generation being predominantly poor etc etc.

Doesn't social depravation happen regardless of colour, but let's be honest here the majority of stabbings is black on black, you can butter it up all you like with defending their turf etc. You don't suppose a lot of it is down to lack of father discipline within these youths?
