We're 15 points clear of Swansea/Brentford with each having 8 to play. So they need 1.9 points per game just to catch us.
Brentford are averaging 1.5 ppg (6 games), 1.2 ppg (10 games)
Swansea are averaging 1.16 ppg (6 games), 1.3 ppg (10 games)
So both need to significantly improve their form, immediately, to stand a chance of reaching our current points total.
Watford's final two fixtures of the season are against Brentford and Swansea.

Stats fans will like the calculations by data experts which gave us a 99.5% chance of being promoted before this weekend's games. Swansea losing and Brentford drawing will have increased our chances even more. As for ending up champions, that was 93.5% before Preston, so that will have slipped slightly because of our draw and Watford's rather fortunate win over second bottom Sheffield Wednesday courtesy of an own goal. As Farked19 points out though, Watford have by far the hardest run-in schedule with 3 home games and 4 away.

Agree regarding Watford, but looking at it from their point of view - if they want the title then their game against us is a must win. So they are actually chasing three points behind in the other matches. They just need one win more game than us (and then to beat us). Their goal difference is better.
True. On the other hand, though, their remaining games are: Boro (away), Reading (home), Luton (away), us (away), Millwall (home), Brentford (away) and Swansea (home). Four of those are away and three are at home. We have four home games and three aways.
They are a bit of a bogey side for us and it represents our toughest game in the run-in. That said, their run-in is tough, slightly more difficult than ours.
Can our next second shirt be garish orange rather than the blue?

Still have my '74 Holland shirt. Recently on Pointless one of the categories was " Orange Things" . One of the categories was Netherlands scorers in World Cup. Other half was quite impressed. Ari Haan, Rob Rensenbrink and Rene Van der Kerkhof were all winners!
