    I was football and raving: Spectrum Trip, Sin, Dungeons, Labyrtinth or outdoors Energy, Biology, Sunrise

    Last time I dropped at theatre was for immersive Punchdrunk show Drowned Man at the old post office in Paddington.

    Gallery-wise we did a lot of 2cb at Yayoi Kusama show. Think she has a retrospective coming up soon at Tate soon, I have a snortable version of psilocybin somewhere should do the job

    Should really get on psilocin soon seeing as I work on mycelium and shrooms for a living now

    Presumably because its environmentally friendly/biodegradable? They are starting to use seaweed here for disposable cups and plates etc - you can eat out of/off them and then eat them.

    Sprints is the way fwd mate... Unless you're training for a distance race or if course if you simply enjoy long distance running.

    Just do 16/8 fasts with some hiit...

    10k is a lot every day at 52.

    I do 10k once a week max at 49

    You shouldn't max out every day either.. You should be running shorter distances some days and the odd one or two longer.

    Now wrong with being fat though if you're happy with it, but if someone starts exercise they aren't, so why knock their efforts.
