I'll be interested to know what you think about it, I'm not a big lover of Hake, much prefer a Dover Sole or Halibut?

I agree about halibut - the chefs and foodies call turbot the 'king of fish', personally I've never tried it, that being the case, I struggle to imagine anything tastier than a simply cooked halibut steak.
When I was on the fish market, Hake was a similar price to Halibut, but Coley was a cheap fish, very often used as Cut fish in fish and chip shops.
