Based on this first few games he was absolutely ****ing dire, that was simply a fact. I’m guessing you’ve decided he’s now morphed into pure quality, as he’s not ****ed up for 3 games. ****ing lol.
Nope I'm good with the fact you declared him dogshit after a few games. And now he's collecting MoM's like a breeze. Reminds me of when you told us all Minamino was dogshit and he went and popped up with 2 in 3 for saints immediately after
Both of them are still ****e imo though, Klopp agreed with me about Mini Motto, hence the reason he loaned him out yer clown.
"Fantastic news Steve, there's still 5% of Newcastle that are complete and total ****wits who deserve an axe to the face. Seasons been a success."
Mike ashley doesn't sack managers I think the last he sacked was McLaren.. Its very rare. They usually just leave more often than he sacks them. Id argue its compensation rather than loyalty.
It’s a strange decision, your boys have properly downed tools and I can’t think of a precedent anywhere in world football history where it’s been salvaged after that point by the manager. It’s almost as if they want to be relegated, which is weird because aside from Wilson, I don’t think you have a single player you could flog for more than £8-10m. They’re all shocking, which makes it even worse that they’ve downed tools.
Who would come in at Newcastle under Ashley? Bruce may well be the best they can have at this time. This news may just lift Fulham and demotivate players who have already decided to down tools on the toon.
Ashley doesn't want to pay compensation and tbh it's too late really.. He's not going to get a good manager to come in with 9 games left cheap Dubravka Wilson max and Almiron would fetch a bit and I'm not sure anyone else would have any interest in them. We've got to hope wolves and villa beat Fulham and we beat Burnley or we're ****ed basically
I don't think Ashley gives a **** about relegation he'll just cash in on players and the clubs set up on very sound finances.. I think we're one of few clubs that are a actually set up to withstand relegation and as much as I hate Ashley he deserves credit for that.
I read an article that said the players you’ve signed in recent times haven’t got relegation clauses in their contracts re: wages. Relegation would cripple Newcastle financially and devalue his asset by about half. If you didn’t bounce straight back at the first attempt you could go the way Leeds and Sunderland did.
