Btw, I said the Madchester scene, not Manchester music. Joy Divison were gods, and I was big fan of 10cc as a teenager. Oasis always wrote/nicked good tunes, and I'd travel 1000 miles over broken glass to watch Johnny Marr live. I was ahead of the curve thinking Morrisey was The Emperor's New Clothes though.

He's always been a dickhead. Good frontmen require a ton of self-belief, but a lot of people that have that are massive belllends.
